On-the-Job Injuries - If you get hurt on the job and your employer carries workers’ compensation insurance, your legal rights are generally restricted to the benefits offered by workers’ compensation. Please see our information under the Free Brochures tab at the top of this page.

If your employer does not have workers’ compensation insurance coverage you could be either much worse off or much better off, depending on many different factors. We encourage you to call us with your questions. If we can't help you, we will refer you to a lawyer or a government agency where you can get assistance.
